His attention to detail was remarkable—he remembered my preferences and even shared stories of past guests like Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Borussia Dortmund, and FC Bayern Munich Knowing that the hotel has hosted such iconic teams added a unique touch to my stay, Manoj exemplifies top-tier international hospitality, combining professionalism with a warm, personal approach. Though Coli is a local brand, the service feels world-class. For future business trips, I’ll be sure to book at Coli Hotel.
Guest：Friendly front desk staff. Go to extra mile to help us source for souvenir. Knowing that we have to leave early for airport the next day and most of the shops already close after 10pm, the staff help us explore and transact through the local online purchase. Happy to receive our souvenir deliver to our room by the hotel robot at 1100pm. Excellent service!
